Ice Cream Dream and Confetti Wishes

I had some time this week to play with the Ice Cream Dream stamp set again. This time I made a fun layout from my son's birthday. (Just click to see it larger.)

I used the Confetti Wishes paper pack, and I made an additional pattern paper by stamping the various ice cream images in coordinating colors on white cardstock. I based my layout on a sketch.

I also used the ice cream images to create paper piecings with some fun added color. I then stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and created a banner for my title.

I also paper pieced the ice cream truck and the puppy dog, using pens to color in his tongue and nose. I added some 3-D Foam Tape on some pieces for added dimension.

Remember, Ice Cream Dream is the Stamp of the Month for June, so after the 30th it will no longer be available. You can get yours for only $5 with an order of $50 in Close To My Heart products, or purchase it alone for $17.95 (plus tax & S/H).

Products Used:

Confetti Wishes Paper Pack
June Stamp of the Month
White Daisy cardstock
Stamp Pads in coordinating colors
Non-Stick Micro-Tip Scissors
3-D Foam Tape
